Petrus Johannes Munnik Terblanche was born on 8th November 1979 in Faurismith. He matriculated in 1997 at the Transvalia High School in Vanderbijlpark. In 1999 he enrolled for National Diploma in Real Estate: Property Valuation at Technicon SA (Now UNISA), which he obtained in 2002
In 2002 he passed his practical workschool to be registered as a Property Valuer. He was admitted as a Professional Accociated Valuer in 2005.
In 2006 he also obtained a Certificate in PC Basics.
He joined AV Theron & Swanepoel on 1 October 1999. He is currently the Financial and Technical Manager at AV Theron & Swanepoel, while also performing valuations on movable and immovable property.
He is married to Yolandie Fourie, their daughter, Miche, was born in 2008.
He enjoys cricket, rugby and computers.
